• Order Verification & Dispatch: Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Estimated Delivery Time: Deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days depending on your destination city.

We honor your privacy at every step. All Flinwear packages are shipped in plain, discreet, tamper-evident outer boxes or mailers with no innerwear photos, descriptions, or intimate product mentions on the external shipping label.

4. Shipping Costs

• Prepaid Multipacks: Free standard shipping across India on eligible multipack orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal verification fee may be applied at checkout where COD is supported.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking ID and live tracking link will be sent via SMS and email. You can also monitor real-time status on our Track Order page.

6. Damaged or Opened Shipments

If your outer box appears visibly tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it from the courier. Capture clear photos and alert us within 24 hours at care@flinwear.com.
